I have a Manix 2 LW w/ S110V - love it. Been thinking about a Manix with G10 scales. Options;

1. Manix 2 w/ G10 and S30V black on black
2. Manix 2 XL G10 S30V black on black
3. Manix 2 Cruwear grey G10 Sprint run - found one new - more money though.

Cruwear. It is one of my all time favorites knives, and I will never sell it. Besides the amazing steel, the liners are skeletonized, making the knife lighter but just as strong and durable as the S30V version. IMHO, it is more than worth the premium you will pay.

Get the Cruwear first and then work your way down the list. If you like the G-10 models it will become an addiction.

Cruwear. Love them, at first the weight difference wasn't that much different, now when I pick up my regular Manix 2 it feels like a tank (love the skeletonized liners)

But $168 gets you two, blk/satin, G10, S30v knives, shipped. I'm such a penny pincher. :p
At $20 less than a standard PM2, the G10 Manix is excellent value. It's so good, I wish I had one myself. Lol.

They went for around $150 when they were released last year I think. I would probably get the cruwear if it were me.

I think I paid $165 new for mine...but I was a just little late to the party and it was already sold out at KW.

If you started with the lightweight, the regular Manix 2 will probably feel like a lead brick to you.

One other option, I know you already bought, was the XL sprint run with moonglow scales over at edc forums. I'm thinking of selling my normal XL for that one.

Pulled the trigger on a Cruwear Manix 2 from S***** S**** Knives.

I've bought several knives from this seller including a Manix 2 Cruwear and he is reliable.

I don't think there are any bad choices in the Manix 2 line. My first one was an older 154CM version. The standard G10 models in 154CM or S30V can be found used for relatively low prices. The G10 models are good work knives, the LW models are good for EDC. If you don't mind larger knives you should try the XL version too.
