Which manufacturer has the best website ?

I have to say www.victorinox.com is a big steaming pile of s**t

They dont even show all their own products and you can get more detailed info about the different models from even a crappy retailers site ....

Oh well, at least they can build kick ass tools, if not websites :)


Leatherman are doin OK - their Charge site was pretty cool and does quite a good job of "creating a desire" for the product !

It's better than their old one which was an abortion.
i say anything with flash stinks.

a "good website" must have:
1. product close ups
2. no flash
3. full desriptions, including metal, scale type & compostion, W x H x D &
weight
4. a user forum for their products
5. a find a dealer section
6. as few drop down menus as possible
7. complete product line, including discontinued models

spyderco.com is probably my favorite manufacturer website.
straight to the point, no fancy-shmancy nonsense.
Letherman & Gerber do pretty well 2.
