Ok. So the only requirement I am missing to apply for a Beckerhead number is pictures of my Beckers. Apparently POIDH, is kinda a big thing. So, I am reading the subscriptions right? A basic subscription still will not let you post pictures, so you have to go to gold? Can anyone out here confirm or deny this for me?

You can host pictures on imageshack, photobucket, or imgur and post them.

You can post pictures with any and all levels of membership as long as you have an account on a photo sharing website such as flickr or photobucket.

I'm all in favor of supporting the site. I'm paid up as Gold through sometime mid-2013.
However, you don't have to be a paying member to post pictures.
Host them on a second-party site like Photobucket or Flickr and then link them here.

OK. I guess I got to look through the "how to" portion once again. I swore last time I tired to post an image it said I needed ato upgrade my membership.

To upload pics to BFC, you do.
To use an off-BFC site, you do not.

You don't have to "try to post an image" using the forum software, you just have to post a link to the photo on photobucket or wherever including the "IMG" image tags. If you use photobocket it will provide this for you. For instance I go to my album of photos, hover the mouse over a photo and a little box pops up with 4 lines of stuff in it. I go to the bottom line, click on it and it puts the photo's link and image tags into the Windows clipboard. Then I go to the text edit box for this forum and paste the link in, just like I'm going to do below this sentence.

Did you notice that people like you and bdmicarta and myself posted pictures? And personally, I won't pay to post pictures, but I will upgrade to support the site, probably try to figure out a way to set up a life time platinum membership, because it's a great site and I miss the features of other forums like avatars and signatures, so many quotes I saw that no one else called dibs on for their signatures, and again, this forum is worth supporting. I haven't upgraded yet because I don't have the money to do so, but once I get my first summer camp pay check I will.

there's even a FAQ entry on how to post pictures

Yes it's true. When I was a registered user I had to upload pictures online somewhere (my own website in my case) and link to them from the forum. As soon as I became a basic member I was able to upload pics directly to the forum.

This is the best way I have found. Very easy.
