Which model KA-BAR is this?

Not sure if it’s real, a theater mod, Franken-knife, or? Blade is just shy of 6”, no markings on blade, only top side of guard. Spacers at top and bottom of handle. Bottom of pommel is curved, not flat.

Could Someone Please Identify and Date this Knife for me?

I have 2 of these. I believe 1 has been polished to remove coating the other 1 is has a blackened blade otherwise they are identical, sheath included...This is the 1 that is polished, I think it has been polished, anyway...

Thanks Tanker, great info there! This knife reminds me a little of the Quartermaster knives from Cattaraugus and Case. Appreciate the info.
