Which non-limited edition knives came with certificates?

The Strat Ops auto I bought earlier this month was part of the first run of 500 that included a certificate of authenticity. I got #394 of 500.

That got me thinking: what other knives have come with a "first-run" certificate or similar? Is this the only one?
