Heckler & Koch AXIS by Snody with G10 Handle and 3.4" Plain Blade

I'm ready to get just don't know which to pick...

I'd have to go with the H&K Snody because I prefer the Axis lock. The 154CM might not be as good as S30V, but I don't think I'd notice the difference.

Let us know what you end up picking.

You have a particular use in mind for the knife, just general EDC? The Axis lock will be much easier to open/close with your off hand if needed.

Just a work EDC want something a bit bigger then 3 inches....but not over 3.5

2 weeks ago i would have answered "axis all the way"
since i've bought the 740 though, the design is growing up on me every day... so light and smooth yet so reliable
i'd go with the 745 (in fact i have one on order as we speek) because the 740 is a tad large for edc-ing
the design of the 14205 is really great but i am a little bit concerned because of all the posts about the 'dinging' of the blade when closing the knife... i'd let Benchmade address the issue first

i would go with the H&K the blade design might work better as a work knife it also has a better lock and steel that is not so hard to sharpen. it also looks more like a work knife

I like both of those knives. The lum would cut better, but I like the tip up and axis lock of the hk. Also, if I went for the lum, I'd pbrobably get the full-size one.

hmmmm, I had this same issue some months ago, and now both of these are in my collection,LOL.

IMO both of these knives are high quality, overbuilt knives.

I love both of them.

especially the blade on the HK, and the super smooth manual action of the dejavoo.

bronze washers are superior imo.

Ya BOTH maybe what I'm thinking it would likely happpen anyway......it always does..

I like the snofy, just a sexy lookign knife, but the dejavoo does have the better blade steel...just pick the one that you like most, its your money...but If I had to pick...I would go with the snody, just because of the design...both knives are very nice!

I would go with the HK due to the texture grip of the G10 handle. I have heard nothing but good stuff about the HK 14205. Which ever you choose you cant go wrong with a Benchmade. GOOD LUCK! Kevin:)
