Container, uhmm check, hope the wife doesn't miss one of those orchids, t-frickin-otally dead otherwise.

Up on deck we have:

A shiny Brute that has so far resisted all known patinas and generally pissing me off

BK-2, always a good choice

BK-3, nevermind, the thing is ugly enough as it is.

A cincin Machax, yes, I really would do it

A Bk-7, well half of its halfway polished so might take some more work

A BK77, uhmmmm no, no can't do it. Saving it to trade for a bk6 someday

A BK-9 maaaybe.

I haven't stripped any of the neckers yet and I don't have time to right now so they are out.

So pick your choice!
 
I say brute. and if it still doesn't work then send it to me and I'll beat the crap out of it for you.
 
I say Brute, but only cause I haven't seen one with a cool patina yet. ;)
 
That last guy that tried it on a brute didn't have much luck with grapefruit. The brute no likey patina. But I still vote BRUTE! It needs some prison tats!
 
What steel is that brute? It might not be patina-friendly. You need a stainable carbon steel for this to work well.
Same with the BK-77 which is off the menu anyway.

yeh bk77 is s30v which wont blue to begin with, id say brute as long as it aint stainless. With the lines on the brute you could make a really cool pattern
 
I vote 9. Just cause I have one stripped and ready. Just need the spare time to make it happen.
 
I think were tied so far for the 9 and 1, lets see how much time I have today maybe i'll dunk them both.
 
Yep, I think the 9 would look pretty sweet. As a bonus, I could see how it looks on the 9, and I might do it with mine :).
