Which one should I keep?

I recently purchased both a Native and a Calypso jr. I am going to give one to a friend as a graduation gift and I will keep the other. My friend is going to become a law enforcement officer and he is not a knife person. The calypso jr is fully serrated while the native is half and half, both are stainless.

Which one do you think is best suited for an LEO? I like them both so I am having a tough time deciding.

Second for the native, both for the 50/50 blade and I have always loved that knife's design.
