Which one ??

I'm looking for a new BUCK folder. Looking at the Vantage Force Pro 847 and the Paradigm 337 Pro.
Any suggestions, experiences or recommendation on the two above. I'm not interested in other brands.

If you don't have a Paradigm they are pretty cool, but not something I would want to carry on a dailey basis. I would go for the Force Pro.

I have to disagree with Matt on this one.

I have carried both quite a bit and almost always reach for the Paradigm at the beginning of the day if I'm wearing pants with no belt. There's always a 110 with me if I've got pants on with a belt. (Buck is going to make that 110 thing even more enjoyable with their 110's coming out for the 50th anniversary next year)

I didn't think I would ever get used to the opening mechanism when I first started carrying a Paradigm. I carried it on a three month backpacking trip and really got to love that knife. I picked up a Vantage when I got home and had a heck of a time getting used to opening that....so us ol' guys CAN learn new stuff!!

A friend that helped me out some also loved my Paradigm, so I gave it to him and replaced mine. It's always fun to hand a Paradigm to someone and let them try to open it. I haven't had anyone figure it out yet....but I only give them about a minute to try.

I really like them both a ton, but the assist on the Paradigm is really great. If money isnt the issue, I'd go Paradigm.
The Force pro contoured scales will be a grip advantage. The smooth micarta of the Paradigm may slip more when wet.
