Which would you recommend to match with a SAK Huntsman for EDC?
A Buck 301 size Stockman
or
A Old Timer 95OT Trapper
or
A Imperial (Ireland) Barlow?

I'd go with the Buck 301.
I had an Imperial Barlow and it was pretty soft -- took a keen edge, but lost it pretty quickly.

It looks like these are knives you have? What brand is the 301-sized stockman?

I also would go with the stockman, and I like the size of the 301.

Another vote for the 301-sized stockman. A nice older USA Schrade 8OT or Uncle Henry 885UH would be a great choice.

Yep. They are what I have with me in Idaho.
The "301 sized" stockman is a Buck 371.
Unfortunately, my 301's are in Florida.

Just put all four in your pockets. Problem solved.

O.B.
Actually ... I've done that ... along with a Rough Rider 'Zombie Nick' canoe and Toenail/Sleeveboard Sunfish for 6 in the pocket, plus an Old Timer 7OT on the belt. :)
But, with that many knives in my pocket, I'm afraid I'll lose one while pedaling my bike. :(
