Guys,
I had the opportunity to buy a zdp-189 shallot or a spec bump blem. which would you choose?
Spoiler: i bought the spec bump, but should i work on the shallot?

Yes. I have two of the ZDP-189 Shallots. They are well worth the price.

i prefer the design of the spec bump and ZDP-189 steel is phenomenal but the shallot is pretty nice, but it wouldnt be my first choice

I have a ZDP-189 Shallot - and it is very nice.

Slim and easy to carry, fires like a rocket, and a limited production run as I understand it.

Go for the Shallot.

For the same price? Last I checked, you could get a Spec Bump for significantly cheaper than a ZDP Shallot.

I think the Shallot is really underrated and mine is great, but I like the Spec Bump design better. The 3D handles really look nice, the stud lock is neat, and the blade shape is more unique. The Shallot is probably a more practical EDC because it won't rip your pockets and it's thin, but my Spec Bump just feels like more knife.
