Which Pelican case is best for knife storage?

Hi guys, I've been cleaning up and organizing my room recently, it was really getting out of hand! :o I have been storing my knives (folders, a couple Beckers, and accessories) in a Plano tackle box but it is too big for my desk. I'd like to get a Pelican case for my EDC knives, something that can fit on my desk or beside it, and then I can keep my fixed blades in a drawer.

What I'm looking for is something that

- Can hold my 15 knives and have room for expansion (say 25)
- Large enough to fit a Spyderco Military or ZT
- Portable and less than 17" long (any depth is fine)

If I think of anything else, I'll update the OP. I like the look of the 1300 but it may be too small for me in the future. I could always get another case though. :rolleyes:
 
hello

i like the 1300 its deep enough to put longer folders into. its deeper than some larger models like the 1450 i like it so much bought 2 could hold 36 folders very comfortably
 
@spyder that is probably the route I'll go. Get another if I need to expand.

@mantzao Yes! That's the video that gave me the idea, but I think that one is too pricey for the number of folders I have.
