Here is a current price comparison including shipping of three hardcover books about Randall Made Knives.

Gaddis book: $45.96 for 304 pages = $0.15 per page.
Hunt book: $51.45 for 184 pages = $0.28 per page.
Hamilton book: $83.00 for 160 pages = $0.52 per page.

For those Randall enthusiasts on a limited budget, obviously the Gaddis book has the most bang for the buck followed by the Hunt book.

The Gaddis is the most informitive overall. Pete's book is great for seeing how the knives are made today and for helping date older knives. Bob's book is most helpful with military knives only. I have all three and would think that most Randall nuts would have them all as well. However, if I was limited to one, it would have to be Gaddis. No disrespect to anyone, I just think that Gaddis has more of the overall history of RMK.

I also own all three books. I think that the price comparison is poignant.
