What I'd like is basically a Tinker with a corkscrew. Ideally, without losing the phillips screwdriver. Anything out there like that?

No current Victorinox models that are just a Tinker with a corkscrews.
You have to step up to a slightly thicker model like the Explorer (adds scissors, mag glass, phillips to the Spartan), spartan lite (adds led light and phillips to the Spartan). Or, if you can find an old Scientist or Yeoman somewhere they have the corkscrew and phillips but loose the small blade of the Tinker. Hope that helps.

Keep in mind that the tip of the can opener also works well on both #1 and #2 phillips.

Actually, that's exactly what I had in mind. I'll keep an eye out for one of those two. Thanks!

There's also the Victorinox Climber. It has a large blade, a small blade, scissors, can opener, bottle opener, awl, corkscrew, and hook.

I really just want the smallest SAK that has both the phillips sd and a corkscrew

The smaller models use the same place on the knife for those blades, so you won't find the smaller "Tinker" size that have both.

You could try to locate a Scientist model (it had both corkscrew and phillips), but it's no longer made.
Or you could just get a Spartan and use the tip of the can opener for phillips. ;)
