Which Small Sebenza 21 to Get?

Hey guys,
So like the title says I can't decide on a small Sebenza 21. I recently got a Carbon Fiber Lg Sebenza Insingo from Knifeart, and love it that I want to have a small also but can't decide. So here are the options?

-Small 21 Regular Plain Jane
-Small 21 Insingo Plain Jane
-Small 21 CF Regular
-Small 21 CF Insingo

Another thing I can't decide:

-Which Sebenza 21 (Lg or Sm) to send in to CRK to get a fitted opposite blade shape? Like if I send in my Lg, then I would it send it in to get a regular drop point blade or vise versa with the small?

So chime any of your opinions or votes. Any comments are welcomed! Thanks in advance!

I carry my Lg almost exclusively right now, but I would like something smaller. My daily use is mostly food prep for snacks.
 
The large is probably going to be better for food duty. I have a small insingo CF and tried to cut and peel an apple. Never again. The hollow ground blade doesn't work very well for that. If I were to get another sebbie, it would be a plain jane.

Edit: one thing that I like about the insingo is that it's not as ominous to people not accustomed to being around knives. I carry my small insingo to work without worry.

Don't carry no ugly knife...get a pretty cg; the shiny blade and decorated shiny scales are worth it. Stay away from the insignio, unless you have experienced and like the blade shape.
