Left to right, Thuya Burl, Macassar Ebony, and Cocobolo. I had intended to keep one but it might be two! The color comes out a little lighter/redder on camera than in person. The Thuya is my initial feel but maybe add one of the others with harder wood as more of a user and keep the Thuya nice.

Individual tastes
Like all three
Like the Burl best :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

And I like the ebony, haha. I’d actually go off of feel. Which one feels the best to you?

I’d keep them all.
The thuya burl isn’t being offered any more
The macassar ebony is just gorgeous
The cocobolo is one of the few wood inlays that I have

If I had those three knives, my kids would have to divvy them up after I after I joined my ancestors.

Thanks for the input everyone! I hear what you're saying about keeping them all!

Personally I would keep the Cocobolo, this inlay is no longer an option and I like the look of the grain color

All that said you will need to decide based on what you eyes and gut tell you!
