Which spydie is this?

I was at a Gunshow recently, and on the way out, I saw a spydie in one of the cases. It looked like a meerkat (or more accurately, the Navigator), but it looked like G-10 handles, lockback. Is there a G-10 Navigator? I didn't have time to stop and check it out, friends wanted to leave, and I was out of money anyway.

What you saw was probably an experimental 2, an early Navigator run with black G10 scales.

They were made as CX02GS (Experimental 2 - G10 - SE edge) and later as regular production models C62GP and C62GS.

The C62GS is still available from John F Jensen www.johnfjensen.com

A nice knife. Just sold my CX02GS on EBay last week to finance some other purchases.

I have 2 (1 PS & 1 SE) & man, was I ever sorry to see that one go.
That & the Wegner were my 'go to' EDC knives- sadly retired.
