I'm a little stumped by the sheer variety of grinding stone options. I'd like to chuck a stone on an arbor into my mill and grind nail nicks.

Can anyone point me the proper stone and arbor for this? And the proper stone dressing tool?

I know some stuff, but nothing at all about grinding wheels.

I used to use this small cup wheel in my BP mill
then I moved the the large diameter wheel in my surface grinder

The taper on the large wheel you have to from in and then dress with and angled sliding diamond dresser.

I think the dressing tool is called a sine dresser, it uses a diamond like a for dressing surface grinding wheels. This wheel is harder than most and can be intricately shaped. The angle will vary depending on size of wheel, my is currently at 30 degrees the 38a 150 kv is the part number
