Since the MOLLE Lock that comes with the Izula full kit doesn't work all that well on a leather belt, I would like to try a Blade Tech Tek-Lok. What I would like to know from those of you that have used them is which size?

The large one is 2" x 2.75" while the small one is 1.5" x 1.5" which might be too small to allow different angles (like horizontal or slanted).

There is also a "Blade-Tech Klip" which is not hinged and seems roughly similar to the Spyderco clip. Anyone tried it?

I could just buy both sizes of Tek-Lok, but that would most likely leave me with one that I don't need...

I have my Izula attached to a large Tek-Lok, I can get some pics up tonight. The belt clip is also a good idea, but I don't know how the mounting holes line up on it. I carry a spare pistol magazine in a BT pouch with the clip with no problems.
If you order either, make sure to get the longer screws.

mini tec loc is also a perfect fit for the Izula. 2 screws fit, mine spent a year on my waist EDC this way with zero problems. just FYI.

I use the boker large tek-lok, here is a photo of it on my camelbak raider

I remove the little adjustment piece

OK. It looks like the large Tek-Lok is not too large, and it should provide more options. Thanks for the answers (and note about longer screws) and especially the photos.

I may get the belt-klip also, just to see.
