Hello, newish to spydercos somewhat, I own a lil "Q" model, a endura and a stainless rookie, which would I get better satisfaction out of in a edc model, either a s30v digi camo para mil, or a Leafstorm. im drawn to the leafstorm for mostly looks, the thinish liner is kind of questionable to me, the para mil's looks like they function really well and would be one I wouldnt get tired of, but I like the custom slabs beign offered by wilkins. Thanks for any input.

For an everyday user, I'd go with the Para. It just seems to be a better choice IMO.
I'm sure the Leafstorm is a great knife though. I want one myself.:D:thumbup:

I second the Para, one of the must have Spyderco's.

Para is a great knife all around, but I haven't handled a leafstorm yet. Para is the perfect size and the leafstorm seems kinda small from pics? I say get the Para you won't regret it:thumbup:

These are my 2 favorite EDCs and the Para is #1 for sure! The good handle size, blade and G10 make it a true workhorse

EDC Para hands down. The Leafstorm has that "kitchen" blade shape which I find awkward to use in many utility situations. For slicing and dicing it is fine. The heel of the blade snags when making long cuts in materials and has the ability to nick you. I find overall the knife is small and do not like the thickness of the blade when compared to the length.

the leafstorm is a smaller gentleman style folder with the RIL construction. the para is a much bigger knife (handle wise).

Both knives are very tough. Ergo's for heavy duty cutting prob go to the para for most people. I would look at a Ti-Sage if you like that RIL frame lock construction.

Thanks for replys/help, sounds like a para for me :D Maybe ill pick up a leafstorm a couple paychecks later.
