Which to keep? CPM-M4 DLC or a M390 version?

So I just bought another Benchmade Ritter mini-grip because I wanted the Wilkin Ti scales that came on it. I planned to swap the scales for my own Ritter mini which is their IonBond/DLC coated CPM-M4 blade. Now that it's arrived the stonewashed M390 blade on the new one looks & feels great... Hence the dilemma before I end up keeping both... which blade to I keep for my EDC and which do I put in the factory scales to catch & release back out to the wild?

Keep both for a while and rotate them through your EDC. Eventually sell the one you use less or are less fond of. I would keep the CPM-M4 myself. M390 is now standard production. You could always get another one of those. The M4 comes at a premium if you ever want another one.

I had the same problem as you. My solution was to put in another order with Kevin Wilkins :D. Really I prefer the M4 in the G10 scales. It is a little lighter than the Ti scales but still very solid. Also, what Klutz said, you can always get another M390 model. Not so with the M4 one.:

If only one i would keep the stonewash blade. But i fully agree on you keeping both.
