I've been scouting the wenger site, and althoughs someone else here said many of their 83mm knives have locking blades, they only advertise that the screwdriver is locking.
Does that mean that the blade is also locking too?
None of the knives in this size I saw advertised a locking blade as well.

Looking for one of theirs that has the sissors, mag glass, and locking blade.
Any recommendations?

I'm not an expert on this but I own and cherish a Wenger locking serated Adirondack, which comes with a locking large blade. It doesn't have scissors or a mag glass. The only other Wenger with a locking large blade that I know of is called Wenger Master. It has scissors (and a bunch of other stuff) but sorry not a mag glass. Look over this list of Wengers and Vic's to see what is available. There may be others out there that I am not aware of.

Which really brings up this question if you're one of those who actually need the use of a cutting knife more often than those other more useful "fixed- it-myself" toolblades, as in the screwdrivers. awls and such?
The deal in picking up an SAK is to choose one with all the minimum necessary tool which you would "actually need" in the lightest and smallest package possible.
And whilst the Wenger Security range is limited; a locking blade - good as it is, comes secondary if you don't use the mainblade that often. In so saying, I am guilty of of have more than a few "stored" SAKs which didn't quite fit the my reality of a true EDC SAKs. Yup! Them pieces were dead weights mostly.
