I'm trying to whittle down my collection and one of these has to go on the chopping block.
Which would you keep and why?
M4 vs K390.
Thanks.

Which do you use more, what do you use them for?

I've historically used my more recently acquired knives more frequently.
Of these 2, the PM2 is newer, thus, it gets used more.
However, lately, I've been EDC'ing my Sebenza 21 all the time, and my TRM Neutron 2 if I'm out
and about and don't want to freak out the sheeple.
Of these 2, I like the ergos of the Bradley 2 better. It feels great i the hand.
I guess I should also ask, which knife do you think would be more useful for the greatest number
of different tasks?
Thanks for the replies and keep them coming.

No idea what's best for you. From the sound of your last post, you might as well dump them both. I'm not a fan of either, so I'll leave it at that.

Bradley. Not just because I like the knife better, K390 rusts for me just by looking at it. M4 does not.

I like hollow grind more and the GB2 is a better knife in terms of thickness behind the edge, the longevity of the blade without a regrind, actual edge length, robustness, lock, materials and looks IMHO. The poor mans Sebenza.

Depends on your reason for buying them in the 1st place.

If you bought them to "collect," keep the Bradley and sell the PM2 but, if you bought them to "use," then keep the PM2 and sell the Bradley.

Bradley. I've kept a GB1 while selling/trading many other blades. PM2 is great and Iike K390 but my fav all around steel is M4. Keeps a great working edge for a long time and relatively easy to touch up/sharpen. I haven't had a GB2 yet, but a GB1 kicked a Sebenza Classic out of my pocket. Back to a Sebenza in a round about way, but I still have the GB sitting in wait...
