While waiting for the Howler to come........

While waiting for my 10 Howler pending delivery to come to me, I got this blank Blade from the local dealer in Bangkok and have make it this way.

If my long waiting for the delivery from Swamp Rat to reach me then we will see Howler in the similar dresses.

(sorry for posting non - Swamp Rat knives here but they look alike in shape.)

Ivory + Red Wood and hand made guard.

Wow, nice knives. I love their northern lights line of knives. They look even better with those handles I'm not a big fan of stacked leather.

Can you give more particulars on the steel specs?

it was the "Blank Blade" from Falkniven with Laminated Stell.

From the manufacturer :

..... Laminated VG10/420J2, Blade hardness: 59 HRC.......
 
That is some excellent work.
I'm very much looking forward to seeing what you do to the Howlers!!!
