How much do you think a solid ebony block and 1'x10" ebony cutting board would cost bucks customers if produced? Heard it mentioned in a thread previously and think its a great idea...

I've worked with ebony in the past making knife handles. Not only would I not want to pay for that much ebony, but I wouldn't want to work with that much ebony. I found it fiddly to work and kind of a pain to glue. An end grain Gabon ebony cutting board would be a striking black, but I'll stick to other woods.If you buy the ebony, I'll make one.
