Got some ideas while discussing small knives with a fellow forumite. Went ahead and forged these - surprisingly comfortable and practical for such a small piece. This is the most minimalist knife I've ever made. I'm making a few more for the upcoming knife show, just for fun, and I'm keeping one for myself as my gardening neck knife. The edge is kept hard at 61-62RC range. I'll keep refinish the design as I go and its a good way to use scrap steel, but I really want to make these in some stainless and damascus too.
Please let me know what you think. Thanks in advance. Jason.
