Haven't made one of these in a while so was happy when I got this order for two.

whiskeyjacks are one of the coolest birds. They'd hang out with me when I was building mtb trails at our local ski resort- super friendly especially if you had food
 
Thanks very much.

Their agressiveness is what gave me the idea for the name of this knife. I wanted to stick with the bird theme that I was using at the time and that bird fit for this one.

A few years ago my wife and I were camping on the edge of the Mt. Adams wilderness area. She was feeding the whiskey jacks out of her hand around dinner. The next morning she started to eat a bagel and they just flat mobed her and flew away with it! Pretty funny at the time.

I used ot live in the NWT, there were many times while camping that Whiskeyjacks would be almost perched on our arms while we were eating.
