White Handle Scales For Rat 1?????

I want to know if they sell white handle scales for the rat 1 or I just do it myself.If I do what do I need to do the steps to do it and what to buy. The handle scales are black FRN.

I got these glow scales from ebay. They look white when they aren't glowing.
