Here's my latest knife.

It is supposed to be a matching piece to one of my shorter Onion Choppers, that also has an Ivory Micarta handle.

Since the customer had to wait for nearly 6 months, I put a nice, time consuming satin finish by hand on it. Makes it look a lot better in my eyes, just like a knight in shining armor :D.

The steel is differentially hardened 0-2 (1.2842) in 4mm thickness. It sports Ivory Micarta with red liners and SS pins.

I forgot to measure it but as you can see in the pics it's definitely not on the short side :D.

The spot is just a piece of dirt, not pitting:

I hope you like it as much as I do and I'm looking forward to your comments.

Best regards,

Very careful work. Excellent fit and finish.

Yep. You're definitely a knife-maker!

[Great knife -- I'd buy it in a heartbeat, if I had any $$ left!:D ]
