i've shown a few pics before, and spotted this cow and calf today. just thought i'd share.
there are only two tiny areas of the world that the white moose inhabit. one is in northern ontario around folyet ontario.
i was buzzing by doing bear baiting so the pics are terrible, but it's something and i haven't posted in a while haha.

this is the first time in some 15plus years that a bull has been spotted. i just haven't seen'em yet.

Very cool. I'd love to see those in person.
Thanks for sharing.

haha no one will ever know! i'm pretty sure it's illegal to take one. might be one of them there unspoken rules. either way, i won't be tasting one.

Snake Dr.- moose is GREAT eating any way you can get it! i eat it often.
as for the hunt, my uncles run a fishing and hunting outpost. baiting the bear stands is a regular thing approaching bear season (wouldn't want any payin customers to go without bagging one!)

Thank's for the Info., Your Lucky to have access to a Nice Place to Hunt & Fish like that In the BackWood's, A Hunting & Fishing Outpost I would be there year round ! Is Bear Hunting In your area mainly done from Baited Stand's ? And Is It Legal where your at to Hunt with Hound's ? There's some Great Bear Dog Pack's In the World of Hound Dawg's In the U.S. But I know It's not Legal everywhere,

That is a rare sight and you are a lucky guy to see it in person... In the first pic the Moose looks like she has a horn just like a unicorn lol... It would be awsome if you could get a realy good pic of one and post it on here..

myright- these moose around folyet ontario are true white moose. they aren't albinos, they carry a recessive gene that makes them white, with light grey spots and brown eyes! moose are a strange looking beast at the best of times haha, but these white moose are a whole different kind of strange
