I was fortunate to get a doe this past weekend. Although the White River utility hunter is my design that I've used "forever," I have yet to use an actual manufactured knife from the batch. The edge performance was great, with no noticeable change after field dressing, skinning, quartering, and table work. I'll put it through on a few more deer later in the season, Lord willing.
