Occasionally I see a h.i. khukuri with white stag handle and white metal. I think a m43 or the ang khola would look gret this way with a tan colored sheath and white metal protective tip.Are these around often?

Someone actually posted a pic of something similar, not too long ago. But such beauties are not common; stag handles are more typically "treats" for some special, high-end models. In fact, last I'd heard, the kamis were having particular trouble finding suitable stag/antler material in quantity. Of course, if you *have* a suitable piece, you can send it in (as we all did last year, with a huge "Care Package" of materials), and they'll accommodate you.
