Whittles

Some recent whittles. The wife signed us up for a spoon carving class which re-sparked my interest. I finished a bit early and started on some addons. The small knife was included in the class and the mora 120 did the Kolrosing with coffee grounds and Walnut oil. The spoon and honey dipper are basswood and the knife is box elder.

Feel free to post your whittles and carvings.

I didn't really see an obvious forum but traditional seemed the best fit. Move if needed.

I'm not very good at whittlin'/carving, but I have picked up a few tools over the years.

I want to try my hand at personalizing my 106. Something like this, though mine won't look nearly as good.

Nice. I have a 120. I just picked up a 106 blank to put a handle on. Time permitting . Though, I've tended to use more of the occt and helvie type stuff I want to use the sloyd straight knife more. On green stuff... Thanks for the link
