Whittling white oak

hey guys, just spent the last 3 hrs whittling this piece of hard white oak (while browsing the forum) with my:
Rat 1, SAK, and my new Fox 75

I had to keep sharpening em, but what I've learned to keep an edge is to have it razor sharp (mirror finish). The edge lasts much longer doing this

Yeah, I prefer a little softer steel that needs more touches up than harder stuff that could chip out on me. Again, awesome work.
 
surprisingly i didn't need to touch them up that much. I did most of the work with the Fox 75; for a 440A steel its phenomenal how well it held an edge
