I will be at SHOT show next week and would like to urge any fellow Forumites to drop by the KA-BAR booth and say hello........

Ethan

The KA-BAR booth number that I will be hanging at is - 13965.......We are sandwiched in between SureFire, FN, Beretta and Remington Defense toward the back of the hall...... It is a good neighborhood........eb

Well considering I didn't win the lottery the other night, not me unfortunately :( But I wish you all have a great time!

You might see me. Maybe. If you are lucky.

I won't be able to make it. I hope to see lots of pics though! Especially that thing we talked about last fall that we're not supposed to talk about... ;)

Sadly my day job is going to prevent me from making it. Maybe next year....sigh.... I'll buy the beer when I do make it!

Hey Spark.....

Maybe a meal?....... Maybe a beerski, or a cuppa?....... Looking forward to seeing you........

I thought it wasnt open to us normal folks?

I don't think anyone here is "normal"....

That said, from the SHOT website:

"Attendance at the SHOT Show is RESTRICTED to the shooting, hunting and outdoor trade; and commercial buyers and sellers of military, law enforcement, and tactical products and services ONLY. The show is not open to the public and NO one under age 16 shall be admitted (including infants)."

I think a "Dabbler in leather" or similar pursuits would qualify as a business involved in the outdoor trade. I'm sure you wouldn't want to spring for a booth, but wandering around gawking at others would certainly be worth it if you have the time and can travel.

Take pics of the Remington booth for me. Last time it liked to have killed me.

Oh, and pick me up a McMillan Bros A-5 stock for me.......

:D

You won't have time to look at the pictures anyway, get back to work.

Moose......

Pix you will have........About that other thing---Macmillan is just across the aisle and I will see if I can talk Mac into trading a couple of leftover Johnson blades for an A5 at the end of the show....... Wish me luck........

not me. wasn't officially invited, got work, no money, so it goes.

bring me back a nice RMR-30

I won't be able to make it. I wish I could though, It'd be great to see you again.

Well Crap Uncle E....as long as people are asking you to bring back stuff for them, I'll throw something out there. A factory seconds of any Becker available to you, would be just cool.:D

haha...I'm just kidding......have fun and drink a few for us who cannot be there with you!

Well plenty of YT reviewers managed to get passes so maybe if I start reviewing the pile of blades I have I can get enough of a fan base to score a pass to next year's show. Probably not, but it's worth a try.
