With about 500 tables at the blade show, I reckon the number of new knives, old knives, special knives and fantasy knives will be more than an eyeful.
And then there are the knifemakers. I guess everybody will know or want to get to know the famous ones, or the big names. Personally, I am more curious about the up-and-coming ones.
Who may some of these names be? These are the ones who maybe described as diamonds in the rough. Perhaps we can get to know them before their delivery time stretches from three weeks to three years!
