I don't think it's called a "paratrooper" anymore. The knife you pictured looks similar to current offerings by Case, Rough Rider, and others, as a slip joint, I believe Case has it as either a liner lock or back lock (not sure which) as well.
I can vouch for that new knife you pictured in your first post. Slim, light, disappears unnoticed into the pocket until you need to use it. The handle is just wide enough that it gives good purchase in the hand. One of my favorite knives!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Copy and past the above into a search browser like Google and a number of dealers will pop up. You will need to look for something that is in stock, because GEC makes small runs ( batches) of knives at a time. Good luck on your search! The pattern you seek is a number 15.
Welcome! Great advice above, you just need to look around and see what is available. In addition to the knife retailers, look at the classified ads here because they pop up every once in a while.
