I was curious if anyone knows who I could send my sebbie to, for double thumbplugs?. I really dont want to spend 30 something bucks for some from CRK. Anyone know?, thanks in advance.

look for sc_rebel1957 he does mods, usually on spydercos, but he'd probably do a sebenza.

It is certainly your prerogative to do as you wish, but I am quite sure that any work done to your knife outside the Chris Reeve shop will void your warranty......

Take care, Neil

If its about the money, id eat pb and j for a week before id let anyone other than chris do it.

I would think that it would be hard to find anyone that would do it for less than 30.00

I think double lugs are highly overated, the only thing they do is increase the chance of snagging when you pull it out of your pocket.

I wouldn't mind a spydie hole or even a thumb disc in my sebenza....that would be awesome.

I agree with Dave about the thumblugs being over rated. The only person that I would trust with any Seb modification would be Tom Mayo but he's not doing that any more. If you have to have the double thumblugs, do yourself a favor and send it to the good folks at CRK. You got a great knife, why take the chance of messing it up?

I have tossed one of my Sebbies with dual thumb lugs to a buddy once where we had to get out of a situation in a pinch. He is a LEFTY. His instinct was to find the thumb lug with his left thumb. He found it. For this particular situation, the dual thumb lugs was well worth the cost many times over.

Note that either the left side scale requires a scallop cut out to work efficiently or be replaced entirely when sent to the CRK shop. Depends on who does the work.
