Who Can Identify This Knife?

Hey y'all! My in laws we just in France and they brought me back this cool folding knife. I am not sure what kind of steel it is but it holds and edge well and it is very sharp. I want to see what else this company or craftsman has for sale. The problem is there is no company name. The only thing on this knife is an emblem of a Hammer and a Chefs knife. Does anyone know who makes this blade?

Huh... got me stumped. The construction and general shape remind me of a Svord heavy peasant, but the maker's mark doesn't match. Tagging this one for interest.

It's a traditional pattern so should be moved to the traditional sub forum. It's a terrific knife and folks will want to see it. You'll also get more French educated eyes on it that way.
