Who can make a custom clip for a SF C3?

I'd like to have a new clip made for this light. I removed the rubber ring and would like a stout clip (beam pointed down carry) made that would clamp on like the hose clamps above. This clip-clamp-ring would then serve the same as the rubber grip ring. Besides belt carry, this would also clip inside the "shoulder loops" on my biker jacket for hands free, forward facing light.

Since the original clip was lousy and broke off, I think it might be necessary to grind off some of the "old clip mount" to make clipping onto belt and removal from belt easier.
