Who can make a framelock for my Spyderco Bob T Jr?

I have an aluminum Spyderco C19P Bob T Jr.

The liner-lock is wearing out.

I already had my father-in-law make a larger stop pin, but it still has blade play.

(The liner engages very high on the ramp), see illustration.

What I would like is to replace the liner lock + aluminum scale on the lock side with a (titanium?) frame lock. It would have be custom fit, and drilled and tapped for the scale and clip screws?

Is there a maker that could do such a thing? I understand I would need to send the knife in of course.

I have one of these folders, been my EDC forever.
Does the lock travel too far over to the right? If it does your drawing might be off a little in the first picture.
An easy fix is to disassemble and stretch the lock. Basically you take the lock and with a ball peen hammer and a punch peen the end of the lock stretching it making it longer. I have had to do this once before to my own knife.

Post some pics of the lock and we can probally help you without replacing the whole lock side.

Hi Striper28. The problem is not that the lock travels too far (I fixed that with the thicker stop pin), but that it only makes contact on the top near the pivot. I'll take some more shots of the lock tomorrow.
