Who can make a kydex hatchet sheath?

I asked this question over in the axe/tomahawk forum with no replies.

I am looking to have a bottom eject sheath for a GB wildlife hatchet or Kubben hatchet made. Something along the lines of the sheaths being used by RMJ.

Is anyone willing to take it on...or know of someone who can.
