Who can make an in pocket kydex sheath?

I've seen this sheath for microtech OTFs. It's a piece of lanyard meant to be tied to a belt loop and the kydex part holds the knife. Who can make one for a regular folder?

I would think most good Kydex sheath makers could do that!
My good freind Nicolai Brix could do it, but that might create a problem sending the knife to and from Denmark!
I'd suggest talking to Erik of On Scene/tactical , David Brown (BuyBrown Holsters) or one of the other guys around!

Edited to add: I forgot to mention Okuden and River City Sheaths. And there are more, but those are the ones I could think of right now!
