Who can make me one of these?

I am looking to have something like this made, possibly with a damascus blade or a blade with some forged finish. Maybe even with the fittings in damascus.
About 4 inches closed length.
It will be used from time to time.

Don`t know who made this but if you see this or someone who know him/her who made it, let me know please.

That particular knife was made by Neil McKee. You can see his initials in the second photo there (NHM). BladeGallery often has his knives, and this one rings a bell as being similar to one I saw on there last year, if it's not the same one.
