Who can modify existing kydex sheaths?

Looking for someone to (affordabley) modify an existing sheath?
Knifemaker is overseas, too $$ to ship back and forth.
Can you recommend someone?

what type of mod?

easiest way is to buy a heat gun from the hardware store if you just need a refit.

My desire was to be able to draw the knife right hand inverted under left arm pit, and draw knife right hand while in right front pocket.

Rather than simply squeeze the kydex around the 'neck' for the inverted draw, the knifemaker made a tab that you have to depress in order to draw the knife. Problem: A) tab is on EDGE side of knife, easy to cut finger as you are drawing, and B) it's very slow, and C) he did not put in a rolled out portion as I requested to push off with my thumb when drawing from right front jeans pocket.
I want to eliminate this ridiculous tab, and see if its possible to 'roll' or turn out a portion of the kydex opening so my thumb can push the kydex away as I draw the knife. I also want the knife to stay in its sheath when inverted but without this stiff hard-to-press tab.
