Who can put on a Kraton-style handle on my necker?

I have a small neck knife, 6 1/4"overall, 3" blade, had it cordwrapped but am unsatisfied with it. Looking to have an affordable, rubber-like (kraton or...)handle put on. Suggestions? thanks....(no, it's not the one in my avatar).
