who can replace rubber handle?

I have a Fallkniven A1 and would like to have the handle replace with micarta. Is there anyone who I can send it to? I would also like to ensure that the tang butt remains as it is. I have seen other threads of others who have replace such handles. I do not have the skill or facilities to do such as task. Any help is appreciated.
