There's a fellow in Denver, or maybe nearby Golden, who used to sell and demonstrate knife sharpeners. From what I've heard he can really put an edge on a knife. Don't have his address, am afraid. His name is Sal Glesser.
Look up knife or knives in your yellow pages.
Someone's bound to do it.
If ya can't find anyone, just about all manufacturers will sharpen their knives for a reasonable fee... hell, I'd think it'd probably be cheaper to send to them, including postage, then to take it to a sharpening service anyways./...
