Who carries a Ka-bar Dozier aluminum handle D-2?

I've always liked the look of the knife. However, being clipless means carrying in the pocket with change. And... being anodized aluminum..means getting all scratched up from doing so.

Am I mistaken?

Same as Lenny...

I got one last year on sale and have yet to carry it. But I carry my slipjoints in a homemade felt slip, I guess I could carry this knife in the same manner.

I bought 2 of them last year. I have been trying to get up the nerve to drill and tap the handles so that I can put a pocket clip on them. Until then, they just sit in the safe.

If you want a clip for one of those, you should contact forum member STR. He put a clip on my folding hunter and did a great job. See the thread below for some pics.

You could always get a Thorn, which has a clip. Great little knife.
