Who customizes Victorinox knives?

My dream SAK is a Farmer, with the saw swapped out for a pair of scissors. I've seen comparable mods done before, but they seem rare and the only modder's name I ever saw attached was Scibeer, who I believe is retired from the work. Does the community here know of anyone else who could do such a mod?
